1.Order processing time
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after your successful payment (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
For customized orders: processing time will be extended based on the complexity of the customization. The specific expected production time will be clearly communicated through email or social media after the product description page or order is placed. Once a customized order enters the production process, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
2.Packaging instructions
We are well aware that goods are prone to wrinkling and vulnerability during international transportation. Therefore, we adopt professional packaging methods to ensure transportation safety:
Primary protection: Each piece of goods will be wrapped between foam bags or cardboard to prevent bending.
Reinforced anti-collision: Place it in a sturdy thick envelope or cardboard box to avoid being squeezed during transportation.
Waterproof treatment: The entire package will be sealed with a waterproof plastic bag to prevent moisture and humidity.
3.Delivery area and transportation mode
We currently mainly sell and deliver to countries such as Europe, Asia, North America, and Oceania.
We cooperate with reliable international logistics partners (such as Dutch Post, China Post, etc.), and after the goods arrive in the customer’s local country, they will be delivered to your specific address by the local transportation company or postal service.
The goods usually arrive in your country within 7-15 days. After the goods arrive in your country, the local logistics company of the customer needs 2-5 days to deliver the goods to your address.
Note: Delivery time is an estimated value, calculated from the moment the package leaves the warehouse. The actual time may be extended due to force majeure factors such as customs inspections, holidays, wars, weather, etc. During the epidemic, there may be widespread delays in logistics.
4.Transportation costs
Ordering products on our website does not require any shipping fees.
5.Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a message containing a “shipping notification” to your social media or email within 24 hours.

Expected delivery date (if provided by the carrier).
6.Customs and Import Taxes
Important notice: As we ship from outside the European Union, your package may be subject to import value-added tax and customs duties upon entering the EU.
According to the EU’s 2021 Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations, all goods imported from third countries into the EU, regardless of their value, are subject to VAT. Your order amount does not include the value-added tax (IOSS scheme) that we collected during the sales period, which theoretically needs to be paid in the destination country. However, the specific situation may vary by country. Please be aware of the potential tax liability before making a purchase and it is recommended that you understand the relevant policies in your country in advance. If any customs fees are incurred, they shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
7.Package loss or delivery issues
Delivery status: When the tracking information shows as “delivered”, it is considered that the package has been successfully delivered.
If the package is lost:
If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 15 working days, please contact us immediately.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will resend it to you free of charge and provide some compensation or a full refund depending on the situation.
If the address is incorrect:
Please ensure that the address you provided during checkout is accurate and correct, and we will confirm the address with you again before shipping. If the package cannot be delivered or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If the package is returned, we will deduct the shipping fee and refund you.
