1.Your legal right of revocation (right of return)
According to EU law, you have a 14 day right to revoke. This means that within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, you can cancel the purchase contract without any reason.
Extension of revocation period:
If you do not receive clear legal requirements information (including this revocation right statement) at the time of purchase, your revocation period will be extended to 12 months.
Important reminder: In order to exercise the right of revocation, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the 14 day revocation period.
2.How to exercise the right of revocation (how to return goods)
To exercise the right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (e.g. by letter, phone, or email). You can use the revocation form template attached at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory.
To ensure the revocation period, you only need to send us a notice regarding your exercise of the revocation right before the end of the 14 day period.

Once we receive your return notification, we will inform you of the specific return address.
3.Consequences of revocation rights
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments made for the goods, including shipping costs (initial shipping costs, excluding expedited shipping costs you have chosen), without undue delay, and the refund will be completed no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods.We will process your return or refund request within 48 hours. The refund will be returned to the bank account through the original payment method within 30 days after approval
We will use the same payment method as your initial transaction for the refund, unless you explicitly agree to another method; And you will not incur any fees due to the refund.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of notifying us of the revocation of this contract. If you return the goods before the end of the 14 day deadline, it will be deemed that you have complied with the deadline.
You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Regarding the condition of returned goods: You have an obligation to properly store the goods and take reasonable measures to ensure that they are in good condition. You are only responsible for the depreciation of the value of the goods caused by the necessary handling of the inspection of the goods (the inspection method should be consistent with the way you inspect the goods in the physical store). The product must be in a resalable state.
4.Exception: Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the special nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or in error at the time of delivery:
Customized or personalized goods: If the Paper Cuttings you purchased contains a specific name, date, custom pattern or other personalized design according to your requirements, according to Article 16 (c) of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you do not have the legal right to revoke it for 14 days.
Damaged goods: If the returned Paper Cuttings is damaged due to wrinkles, tears, serious creases, etc. due to non transportation problems (that is, improper handling by you), we will not accept the return, and may deduct part or all of the refund according to the degree of damage.
5.Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with our Paper Cuttings products. If the product you received has the following conditions, we are happy to exchange it for you:
a.The product was damaged upon delivery.
b.The product does not match your order description significantly.
c.We sent the wrong product.

Please contact our customer service team via email within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the order number, problem description, and photo or video evidence.
Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange to replace the correct product for you. You do not need to bear the shipping cost for the exchange.
For personalized customized products, we can only exchange them if the product is incorrect due to our mistake.
6.What should I do if the product is damaged during transportation?
Our goods have been professionally packaged, but transportation risks still exist. Please make sure to check the outer packaging when signing for the package. If there is obvious damage to the outer packaging, please request the logistics company (such as DHL, UPS) to provide a proof of damage before signing for it, and immediately take photos to retain evidence.
After receiving the product, please immediately open the box for inspection and record an unboxing video. If any damage is found to the goods, please send photos/videos of the products and order information to our customer service email within 48 hours. We will arrange for a reshipment or a full refund for you based on the situation.
